I have engaged Rach as a KeyNote speaker for the purpose of leading through change and courageous actions through leadership. I have had nothing but praise from everyone that I spoke with about Rach’s presentation. Just about every person was in tears or about to cry when Rach talked about her experience with the nursing staff on her father’s passing. It was emotional and inspiring. Everyone was engaged and shared a sincere respect for Rach’s achievements. She is an amazing talent, painting a vivid description of the military experience.
